Good Times at the Cabin

This last weekend, we went down to the cabin. We got to meet the Henches there, too. We had a grand ol' time. Here is Jer with his favorite find. (Unfortunately, it was NOT my favorite find when I found it in his socks drawer two weeks later...)

Jonathan just let me know that as of this afternoon, he's only one or two games away from being the Tournament Grand Master of the 2010 Barratt Chess Club! Go Jonathan!!

St. Patty's Day

At our house, St. Patrick's Day is a BIG deal. The kids start planning their "leprechaun house" weeks in advance, and they love every minute of it! Here is this year's version:

(New this year: this house includes a couple of pots of "gold", an entertainment addition, many welcome signs, a garage (where this year's trap is), and an elevator!)

Salon Time

Jen loves to dress up Jessie. One of the most helpful additions to the system is a salon, located in the girls' room:

p.s. I have to add that Jennifer is THE MOST HELPFUL person I know. She's always looking for things she can do to help around the house. It's so fun that she LOVES to help, play with, dress up, feed, entertain, and be the best sister EVER to Jessie!
